Use of this website

This website is provided by Strike Force Heating & Air, LLC for information and scheduling. Content is provided in good faith but without warranty of completeness; HVAC guidance on this site is general in nature and is not a substitute for an on-site diagnosis.

Estimates, pricing & offers

Online and phone estimates are preliminary until confirmed by an on-site evaluation. Flat-rate repair prices are quoted and approved before work begins. Promotional offers (coupons, specials) must be mentioned before an install agreement is completed or presented at time of service, have no cash value, and may change seasonally.

Warranties

Installation and repair labor is warranted for one year unless otherwise stated in writing on your invoice. Equipment parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms. See our Guarantee page for details.

Financing & payments

Financing is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval; terms vary by program. First-time residential installations require a 50% deposit with the balance due on completion. Commercial Net-30 terms require an approved purchase order.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Texas law, Strike Force Heating & Air, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
