Our story
Built the old-fashioned way: one honest job at a time.
After two decades fixing systems for the big Austin companies, Toby Puttrich got tired of the corporate runaround — quotas, commissions, and customers treated like sales targets. In 2011he moved the mission to Dallas and started StrikeForce Heating & Air as a small team focused on one thing: delivering exceptional HVAC service without the games.
Fifteen years later, the company is still deliberately small — a handful of career technicians, most trained up through our own apprenticeship, serving the same neighborhoods year after year. We're a Lennox Premier Dealer and we service every brand. We're BBB A+ accredited and we'd rather show you a failed part than a sales brochure.
Today Strike Force handles residential heating, cooling, and air quality across the metroplex, plus light-commercial work for businesses that need their storefronts comfortable and open. This is YOUR Strike Force team — and our mission is your comfort.

The guy who started it all. NATE certified with 20+ years in the trade, Toby spent two decades fixing systems for the big companies before getting tired of the corporate runaround and starting Strike Force in 2011.
