Guarantee FAQs

What does the No Hassle, No Questions Warranty cover?

One year of labor on installations and one year on repairs, alongside the manufacturer's parts warranty (up to 10 years on registered new systems). If something we did fails within the window, we return and fix it at no charge — no interrogation, no fine-print escape hatches.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with a job?

Tell us, and we make it right — that's been policy since 2011. In practice that means a return visit at no charge, a redo of any workmanship that doesn't meet our standard, or an honest conversation about what a fair resolution looks like.

How is the no-upsell promise enforced?

Structurally: our technicians are not paid commission on equipment sales. Nobody in your home earns more by finding more 'problems.' Diagnoses come with photos of the actual part, and repair-versus-replace decisions come with both prices side by side.

Are you actually licensed and insured?

Yes — Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation license TACLB #40686E, plus full liability coverage. We're also BBB A+ accredited (since 2013) and a Lennox Premier Dealer, which requires meeting factory standards for installation quality.

Do warranties require maintenance?

Manufacturer parts warranties generally require proof of annual professional maintenance. Our Maintenance Plan covers exactly that — two documented visits per year with the written reports that keep claims valid.
