What exactly do I get for $99 per unit per year?
Two professional service visits (a spring cooling tune-up and a fall heating tune-up — a $158 value on their own), 10% off any repair all year, and priority scheduling when the summer rush hits. Each visit produces a written, photo-documented report.
What does 'per unit' mean?
One complete system — an outdoor condenser plus its indoor furnace or air handler. A typical single-story home has one unit; many two-story DFW homes have two. Each enrolled unit gets both seasonal visits.
Is the plan really worth it in Dallas?
